Covid policy

Responsively, my license and training is highly focused on how to mitigate those risks of spreading harmful viruses and bacteria. I understand your discomfort.  Sanitation standards prior to this pandemic are now bare minimum protocol. Best practices will only be allowed going forward. Signage with easy to follow directions will guide clients through out the salon including 3 hand washing sinks, out door waiting areas, amongst other helpful precautions.

Once CDC releases our city's guidelines, we will be enforcing them and regulating our salon environment. The following procedures will be how I plan to keep my clients safety a top priority.

 

Please expect to follow all guidelines below

Masks are required. We encourage clients to bring their own masks or we will provide a disposable mask, as I will be wearing my own during every appointments.

A text or phone call to the client when the stylist station is fully sanitized and prepared for them to enter.

Hand washing/sanitizing prior to sitting in salon chair is required for clients.

Outdoor seating is provided for clients only.

Walk-ins, guests, and visitors unfortunately will not be allowed to stay until further notice.

More time will be added to appointments to help us clean and sanitize the environment in between guest visits.

It is our policy that every service provider washes their hands in between each appointment.

If you are sick or feel any symptoms of sickness, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancelation policy

Cancelation fees are waived for those feeling unwell or uncomfortable due to Coronavirus.

Vagaro, our payment system offers “touch free” credit card processing terminals to lessen contact, promote less cash exchange, and allows cards to be kept on file.

Extra precautions can be taken when necessary.
